Company Philosophy
Kysor Panel Systems expectations…
The intent of our business is to design, manufacture, and service insulated
panel systems to the worldwide food retail, hospitality, healthcare, and
environmental industries. We strive to be a world-class manufacturer that
meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. To do this we must
consistently provide our services on time, while adding value, flexing as
our customers needs change, continuing to innovate, and settle for no less
than producing top quality product. We must continually use a methodology
that focuses on fact-based decisions and stresses the concept of teams,
teamwork, and constant improvement. Each associate will be expected to
maintain and strive for a healthy satisfaction with all aspects of their
performance. We realize that in today’s market there is always room for
improvement and that improvement is not an option, it is a requirement. The
foundation of these goals will be based on the concepts of integrity,
honesty, respect, trust, and credibility.
Commitment to Kysor Panel Systems associates…>
We strive to provide work that challenges, rewards, and affords opportunity
for personal growth. It is our goal to provide management commitment and
leadership in achieving those objectives with the use of education, both
formal and informal and training, both internal and external. We encourage a
participative, non-political, and open environment. Our intent is to foster
the fewest possible layers of management to assure clarity of communication
and to push decision-making close to the action and involved associates. We
will encourage a culture that allows free flow of information and stresses
individual effectiveness and teamwork. Concurrently, associates will be
expected to take responsibility for their role within the organization.
